The Firm

Our Philosophy

The philosophy at Reynolds Firm, LLC is like no other and this is part of the reason we consistently achieve successful outcomes for our clients. We conduct our own independent investigation on every case. Far too often, attorneys just follow what they read in the police reports and statements of witnesses. The attorneys at Reynolds Firm, LLC learned a long time ago that these reports are often exaggerated, missing key evidence for the defense or just plain wrong. We do not rely on the police reports. We do not rely on witness statements. We know that many times witnesses are mistaken or not forthright. We know that cooperators will do and say whatever to help themselves. Each investigation is catered to our client’s needs by the attorneys at Reynolds Firm, LLC.

Our investigations have successfully found witnesses that resulted in acquittals for our clients or convinced the District Attorneys Office to withdraw the charges entirely. We have been able to discredit eyewitnesses who said they witnessed the crime. In a recent case, using just an address, we found the real attacker when our client had been arrested after a misidentification. Using this address, we were able to find a suspect that matched the description of our client and then matched his phone number to that of the person who attacked the complainant.

When it comes time to fight for our clients, we are prepared like no other firm. Simply put, the attorneys at Reynolds Firm, LLC will not rest until we find the evidence to beat your case.

Motions Practice

At Reynolds Firm, LLC we know there are more ways to win a case then just acquittals. Winning cases can also happen through the diligent work of motions to suppress evidence or other motions to dismiss the case. At Reynolds Firm, LLC, we have over 20 years of experience in arguing suppression motions and other motions to dismiss. Our record in this area is excellent. Our lawyers win suppression motions in both Federal and state courts. Whether it be a motion to suppress a gun found under the seat in a car stop, a police search on the street finding drugs on a person, or an improper witness identification, our team has a proven track record of suppressing evidence in these cases as a result of unconstitutional police activity.

Sentencing Practice

Not every successful case is a not guilty or dismissal. Sometimes we help our clients achieve success in a different way. Many times success is being able to convince the prosecutor to offer a lower sentence or where we convince the judge to reduce the sentence. Our record of mitigated sentences is impressive. At Reynolds Firm, LLC, we fight for you at every stage of the case, and perhaps no stage is as important as sentencing. Using our knowledge and experience in mitigation investigations, we know how to discover and secure the necessary evidence we use to convince the Judge to lower a client’s sentence. Through these efforts, the attorneys at Reynolds Firm, LLC consistently achieve sentences far below the sentencing guidelines for our clients.
