United States v. T.C.: 3 DAY SENTENCE! Client charged with White Collar offenses of Mail Fraud, Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud, etc. Client’s sentencing guidelines called for a sentence in excess of 4 years with a maximum of 20 years. After successful arguments at sentencing by Mr. Reynolds, the Court mitigates sentence. Client receives 3 days in prison.
Com. v. B.L., NOT GUILTY MURDER! Client charged with First Degree Murder. After a jury trial, Mr. Reynolds successfully argues for a Not Guilty verdict to all charges!
Com v. A.D.: MOTION TO SUPRESS ID GRANTED! Client charged with Aggravated Assault. Police conduct suggestive identification procedure. After a hearing, Court agrees with Mr. Reynolds’ arguments and grants Motion to Suppress Identification.
Com. v. D.B., CONVICTION OVERTURNED! PCRA PETITION GRANTED! Client convicted of Firearms Offenses. PCRA filed based on ineffective assistance of counsel. Court agrees with written and oral arguments of Mr. Reynolds and grants PCRA Petition. Conviction overturned and charges Dismissed.
Com. v. D.K: NOT GUILTY AT TRIAL! Client charged with assault and other Offenses. After a contentious trial, Mr. Reynolds is able to successfully argue for an Acquittal for all charges. Client not guilty at trial!
Com. v. J.B.: PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT – CASE DISMISSED! After client’s conviction for murder is overturned on appeal, Reynolds Firm filed a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct. The Trial Court agreed and dismissed the case. Commonwealth filed an appeal and eventually, the PA Supreme Court agrees with arguments of Mr. Reynolds. Case dismissed!
United States v. S.T.: 1 DAY SENTENCE! Client charged with drug trafficking after he was arrested for his involvement in large drug trafficking organization with international links. At sentencing, Mr. Reynolds is able to successfully argue for a 1 day sentence!
Com. v. N.G.: MOTION TO SUPPRESS GRANTED! Client charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver. Illegal pedestrian stop of client by Police – chased client and arrested after foot pursuit. Gun found near client. After a hearing and successful arguments by Mr. Reynolds the Motion to Suppress Evidence is granted. Case dismissed.

Com. v. D.B.: CASE DISMISSED! Client charged with Possession of a Firearm by A Felon. Mr. Reynolds files a Motion to Suppress. At the hearing, the case is Dismissed!
Com v. K.S.: MURDER CHARGES WITHDRAWN! With Client facing a LIFE sentence, Mr. Reynolds convinced the District Attorney’s Office to offer a plea to Voluntary Manslaughter. Client received a sentence with a minimum of 4 years!
Com. v. R.L.: MURDER CHARGES WITHDRAWN! After Mr. Reynolds conducted his own independent investigation into the charges, uncovered evidence that showed his client was innocent. The District Attorney’s Office agreed to withdraw all charges against his client!
Com. v. R.B.: CASE DISMISSED! Client charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. The case involved an obvious illegal stop of the Client and seizure of a firearm by police. After Mr. Reynolds filed a Motion to Suppress, the Commonwealth withdrew the case.
Com. v. M. S.: COMMONWEALTH APPEAL DENIED! After charges of Aggravated Assault were dismissed at the preliminary hearing, the Commonwealth appealed the ruling. After briefing and oral argument by Mr. Reynolds, the Superior Court agrees and denies the Commonwealth appeal.
Com. v. J.A.: NOT GUILTY! Client charged with Aggravated Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Another and other offenses. Another successful trial for Mr. Reynolds. Not Guilty verdict to all charges after trial.
Com. v. J.S.: NOT GUILTY! Client charged with Perjury and Obstruction. After a hard fought jury trial, Mr. Reynolds achieves a Not Guilty verdict to all charges in this case with national press coverage.
Com. v. H.R., NOT GUILTY! Client charged with assault and criminal mischief. Not Guilty to all charges after Trial.
United States v. C.T.: MITIGATED SENTENCE! Client charged in a multi-state theft of jewelry stores with almost 1 million in losses. Client’s sentencing range was 41 to 51 months. After successful argument at sentencing by Mr. Reynolds, Client sentenced to 24 months with credit for time served.
United States v. A.N.: MITIGATED SENTENCE! Client charged with multiple counts of Identity Theft and facing over 20 years in prison. After successful argument at sentencing by Mr. Reynolds, Client received a sentence of just 2 ½ years.
United States v. K.W.: MITIGATED SENTENCE! Client charged with Armed Robbery of local restaurant. Client faced over 25 years in prison. After successful argument at sentencing by Mr. Reynolds, Client received a sentence of just over 5 years.
United States v. L.A.: MOTION TO SUPPRESS GRANTED! Client charged with illegal possession of a firearm and arrested after Police illegally searched his vehicle and find a gun. After full hearing, Court grants Mr. Reynolds’ Motion to Suppress Evidence and the case is dismissed!
United States v. R.A.: NEGOTIATED 18 MONTH SENTENCE! Client charged with Conspiracy to Commit Bribery and Honest Services Fraud. Co-defendant sentenced to 8 years in prison. Mr. Reynolds was able to successfully negotiate an 18 month sentence.
Com. v. M.C.: VIOLATION OF PROBATION DISMISSED! At the Gagnon I hearing, Mr. Reynolds successfully argues for a dismissal of all charges.
Com. v. T.G.: CASE DISMISSED AT THE PRELIMINARY HEARING! Client charged with illegal purchase of a firearm and other firearms charges. At the preliminary hearing, Mr. Reynolds convinced the District Attorney’s Office to drop the charges.
Com. v. M.R.: PROBATION FOR ILLEGAL GUN POSSESSION! Client facing a State sentence. The Reynolds Firm presented a mitigation package to the Court and successfully argued for a sentence of probation.
