False charge dropped. I got into a situation with an ex girlfriend in which I was accused falsely which is all you need to be arrested in PA. He took the time to meet with me and take notes on the details that could have proved valuable had the case gone to court. He kept in touch with me and updated me on my court date when I was not receiving my mail which I was responsible for ultimately. Awesome! Coley was recommended by another attorney who didn’t handle many cases in my county. From the beginning he was very straightforward and professional in explaining my options and probable outcomes. There was a high chance of receiving jail time but Coley negotiated house arrest for even less time then was expected. So grateful for this guy! A Specialist--Who knows how the system works and how to win a case. Mr. Reynolds was AWESOME. First time offense, could have ruined my career.  Coley O'Brien Reynolds has impacted my life in a way that I will truly never forget. Doesn't give up. As someone who was being accused of a crime they did not commit, I was most definitely concerned for what may happen. After speaking to Coley for the first time, I instantly knew I wanted to hire him. He was very knowledgeable and took the time out to understand what exactly happened. Coley was straight forward with me about what I would be up against, and what exactly he would be able to do for me. Ultimately, Coley was able to get all charges dropped against me, and did so after using all his resources required to prove that I was the wrong guy accused. Coley didn't give up fighting for me at all, and to this day I'm very appreciative of his time and effort.

He's a fighter. Most attorneys I spoke with about my case wanted to talk about a plea. I was not interested in a deal. Coley took the time to thoughtfully discuss the options (motions/legal challenges, plea, trial, etc) and the possible range of outcomes. It seemed that the evidence was overwhelming (that's what the other attorneys said) but having been a former prosecutor, Coley knew that just because the police put it in the report didn't mean it would hold up in Court. In fact, he got a lot of the evidence thrown out before the trial. He didn't give up fighting and although I was found guilty of a summary offense, what started out as a felony case where the other attorneys told me I would do county time, Coley got me out of jam with just paying a fine. If you’re looking for someone to fight, that won’t' give up, Coley is your guy.
